Why are product changes not permanent?

When making changes to inventory quantity or a product's distributor, you may be able to initially make the change but some time later, the change reverts back. This occurs when there is a Back Office integration. SmartBar pulls data from the BO and relies on it as a source of truth. Changes must occur at the source to take a permanent effect. 

If you would like the source of truth to be SmartBar, then you will need to contact your CSM and BO provider. Notify the provider that you wish to allow the integration to flow from SB to BO. This way, changes made within SmartBar are reflected in the Back Office.
