What should I do if my order was not delivered?

  • First, reach out to your Distributor Rep to determine the reason why order was not delivered, and cc your BeerBoard Rep
  • If you placed an order that was not delivered and needs to be removed from open orders, please reach out to support@beerboard.com
  • Provide a reason for this request and include Order #, if possible
