What is an Incomplete Order?

Incomplete orders require a specific action to allow the completion of the order. 

Orders will automatically be placed under the Incomplete Orders column if:

• Product(s) do not have a sales Rep's email 
  
• Do not meet the order minimum value
  • minimum order value set in the Distributor Setup page

The Action Required pop up can appear if both of these scenarios occur
