After performing a dot test, and you notice that the dots are down for each line, use the following to troubleshoot
If you have a V4 BevBox and notice that some brands aren't producing data, it's always recommended to perform a dot test.
in the image above, notice the 7th dot appearing down. This indicates the line is not sending data.
When you perform a dot test and you notice that several lines are down, you'll need to check the turbine collectors inside the unit to ensure they are properly connected and not compromised.
To do this, use a small Phillips screwdriver and unscrew the four screws around the turbine collector (shown below). The wires near the ethernet port (red and black) must all be securely attached. If they are not, secure them and check the dots for connection confirmation.
There is a small led light that blinks indicating connection between the BevBox and turbine collector but that does not necessarily mean there is a good connection.
If they are secure and the LED light indicates a connection between the BevBox and turbine collector, but the dots are still down, contact support.
