Previously, Toast sales instances were given a 'sold at' timestamp which reflected the last update to a customer's check (typically when the check is closed).
Upgraded Logic
With the new logic, the sales are given a timestamp that references the first update to a customer check (when the check/tab is started with a user).
This logic change corrected the issue seen where reopened checks would cause a large time gap between when items were being poured, and when they were tracked as being sold.
Overall this reinforces the time frame window to better reflect the actual sale ring in time.
