Square POS Integration (formerly known as Square UP)

The integration process is pretty streamlined for this POS system.

Authorize BeerBoard’s Access

Click on the link below to authorize BeerBoard to access your orders and items

• Navigate to BeerBoard Square POS Setup page
• Authorize access by clicking on the “Authorize BeerBoard” button
  
• Sign in using your Square Account
  • 
• Grant permissions to access your order information
  • 

Once they’ve clicked the “Allow” button, which will allow us to read their location’s sales and inventory information, we will be able to see that info in our Square database (as long as they are actively using the POS system).

At that point, the implementation team will follow their standard POS Category mapping steps and run some data audits and that’s that!
