- Make sure every distributor has a contact email or phone contact – this is where your orders will be sent. No contact information, your orders will sit in Action Required on the Order History Section.

Basic things to ensure accurate data:
- You must keep your tap line assignments aligned to SmartBar.
For example, if you are pouring Coors light on Line #1 that must match what is showing as line#1 on SmartBar.
