      BeerBoard P@Y Sign-Up for Retailers

      BeerBoard P@Y is BeerBoard's payment solution to enable online payment from retailers to distributors once BeerBoard receives the invoice from the distributor and your order is delivered.

       

      To sign up for BeerBoard P@Y, log into your SmartBar account

      • Click the Delivery Truck icon in the upper left corner of SmartBar to access SmartOrders
      • Click Configuration button in the right hand side, above Order Actions section

      • Click Add Account

      • Enter account details from the bank account you wish to use to make payments
      • Click Save


      Note: Sensitive data that is saved is secure and encrypted

      • Repeat steps to Add Account if you wish to store more than one bank account
      • If there are multiple bank accounts, your default account can be set under the Active column
      • Bank accounts can be removed by clicking the trash can under the Actions column

      Note: Once enrolled, there must be one active bank account for payments. If you wish to remove all of your information, please contact support@beerboard.com
