# Receiving an Order Invoice

Once your [purchase order is accepted by the distributor](https://support.beerboard.com/knowledge/accept-po?hsLang=en), you will receive an email notification to let you know an invoice will be sent soon.

The distributor also receives notifications to [Approve](https://support.beerboard.com/knowledge/accept-invoice?hsLang=en) or [Modify](https://support.beerboard.com/knowledge/modify-invoice?hsLang=en) Invoices if enrolled in [BeerBoard P@Y](https://support.beerboard.com/knowledge/signup-beerboardpay-distro?hsLang=en)

Once the invoice is Approved or Modified by the distributor, you will receive the notification below.

If you are not enrolled in [BeerBoard P@Y](https://support.beerboard.com/knowledge/smartorders-pay-signup-retail?hsLang=en), the Pay Invoice button will not appear. Payments can still be made per your usual payment method.

Click **Pay Invoice**
