Product Visibility in Orders to Approve

Product Visibility Criteria

A product is automatically deactivated only when all of the following conditions are met:

• No purchases within 90 days
• No sales during 30 days
• Product added to inventory >= 30 days ago
• If product is mandated, then it will always stay active regardless of above criteria

Examples:

1. Product was previously purchased 50 days ago and wasn't sold for 30 days.
   1. Result: Product stays active, because it was purchased <= 90 days ago
2. Product wasn't sold or purchased, but IS mandated.
   1. Result: Always stays active
3. Product wasn't sold or purchased, but it was added to inventory 10 days ago.
   1. Result: Product stays active.
