Product & Brand Vetting for Liquor, Beer, and Wine

New LBW brands that are added to our platform from SmartBar or Claim Your Brand

  • When a new Liquor, Beer, or Wine (LBW) brand or product is entered into SmartBar or Claim Your Brand, this brand/product goes through an internal vetting process to ensure that clean product and brand data is available throughout our entire BeerBoard platform
  • Once a new LBW brand or product has been entered into our system, it will take up to 2 business days to find this brand or product available in SmartBar
  • If the product you are searching for is available to select, this product has already been vetted and approved, and can be added to draft lines, inventory, and SmartOrders
  • Depending on your PLU Management setup, additional "Product Approval" may be required to add brands to Current Draft List, Upcoming Draft List, or Bottle & Cans in SmartBar
