      Can you place a order without Sales Rep email?

      Placing an order without sales rep email

      • If sales rep email is absent in the distributor page:
        • EDI or API order – Order is sent electronically, as expected
        • Non-EDI/API order – Order creates an “Incomplete Order” in the Order History section
