Utilize the following the determine why there is no pour data
Though not a common occurrence, there are times when your SmartBar may not yield pour data. If this occurs check the following:
- Status of the BevBox
- On SmartBar, use the information icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard to see when your BevBox last pinged.
- Physically go and check the BevBox to ensure that it has power, no loose wires, and there is no residue hindering the power/ethernet cord.
- Power cycle the BevBox

- Status of Flowmeters
- Physically check the connection to the Flowmeters; both to the BevBox and the
- Check for any residue build-up
- Reset Flowmeter
- PLU Set up
- Ensure that products have a PLU/SKU assigned to them. This can be done using the POS button in the Product Management widget
- PLU Management
