No Pour Data Troubleshooting

Utilize the following the determine why there is no pour data

Though not a common occurrence, there are times when your SmartBar may not yield pour data. If this occurs check the following:

  • Status of the BevBox
    • On SmartBar, use the information icon in the upper right corner of the dashboard to see when your BevBox last pinged. 
    • Physically go and check the BevBox to ensure that it has power, no loose wires, and there is no residue hindering the power/ethernet cord. 
    • Power cycle the BevBox

  • Status of Flowmeters
    • Physically check the connection to the Flowmeters; both to the BevBox and the 
    • Check for any residue build-up
    • Reset Flowmeter
  • PLU Set up
    • Ensure that products have a PLU/SKU assigned to them. This can be done using the POS button in the Product Management widget
    • PLU Management
