Invoice Capture:

  • Ability to upload multiple pages on an order
  • Orders can not be manually marked as received when an invoice is added to the order and during processing. Once processed, qty on hand is updated and marked as received.

 Perpetual Inventory:

  • Price and Total details on downloaded PDF

SmartOrders Email:

  • When a distributor accepts orders via API or EDI, the distributor can no longer accept or reject, to avoid duplicate orders.

Product Management:

  • Bottles & Cans has been moved to the Product Category dropdown, near the Clean Line button, and is now addressed as Package.
  • Draft, Package, Liquor, and Wine are all available in the Product Management widget. More info here.
  • This applies to both Desktop & Mobile

New Insights button:

  • Improved insights view and Cash Flow Index report available by clicking the pie chart icon

 Automated Manual Adjustments - let's users keep product quantities more accurate, ensuring better data. Adjustments occur only when products meet certain criteria (i.e.. negative inventory, back office integration) and are visible in the product's perpetual inventory.

SmartMenu - Menu Scheduler

  • When user is updating expired schedule and clicks "Save", we now show a pop-up alerting the customer their date range has expired

Price Tiers

  • Tool Tips have been added to Price Tiers so that customers can easily see the details associated with that item without having to open another screen

AI Adjustment for Negative On-Hand

  • New feature to overwrite negative qty on hand using "excess value"

Automatic Distributor Assignment

  • When a location has products in their inventory without a distributor assigned, we now have a job that runs overnight to match suppliers with products.

-An email will be sent to the user(s) when an invoice is uploaded and being processed.

-Perpetual Inventory now displays depletion by Invoice Date. Instead of Received Date,  Order Qty appears by Invoice Date.

 

-SMS Temp Alert allows setting the Min/Max temp for a text message to be sent to subscribed user(s).
