SmartBar Mobile: Recommended Orders & Placing An Order

Recommended Orders

  • The recommended orders displayed in the app are organized based on distributors.
  • Only unique quantity of items for orders appear. If there are a few recommended items for the same product, it will be considered 1 item. The total quantity will be displayed in the cart icon.
  • Click View Cart link or the cart icon to view recommended items, add additional products if needed, and place order

Placing An Order


  • From the Orders to Approve page, use the filter in the upper right-hand corner to filter by product type and/or by distributor

  • Use the search bar to find additional products to add to your order
  • Use the +/- buttons to adjust quantities
  • Click Place Order button to bring you to the order verification page

  • Quantities can be adjusted before placing the order
  • Click the minus button to 0 to remove a product 
  • Once verified, click Place Order. You can then choose from whom to send the order to; yourself, the distributor, or to the designated emails in the field.

  • If the order is not ready to send, click Cancel to return to the previous screen to make additional changes, if needed


Incomplete Orders

  • If you place an order that does not meet the order minimum or the products within the order are missing the sales rep's email, the order will be marked as an Incomplete Order.

  • To complete the incomplete order due to the minimum order value,click the Order button from the main SmartOrders page and find your incomplete order

  • Adjust quantities/prices, then click Place Order
  • For Incomplete Orders due to missing sales rep's email, navigate to the Distributor tab and add the necessary email
  • Incomplete Orders can also be deleted. In this case, no purchase order is sent

  • Click Update and Place Order to send purchase order(s) to your distributor(s)
