Mirus Integration Service

BeerBoard has the capability to provide sold, poured, and inventory data to Mirus. Our system will automatically generate your sold, poured, and inventory data in a CSV format and make it available through a secure file transfer (SFTP). You'll be able to access these files so that Mirus can import them into their platform.

The Setup Process

Step 1: Format Approval

First, we'll create a sample file in the format Mirus requires and send it to you for review. Once you confirm everything looks good, we'll move forward with the full setup.

Step 2: Data Delivery

We'll set up a secure folder and provide you with credentials so you can provide the files to Mirus.

Once setup is complete, we will send your files are sent to the secure folder on a daily basis

Step 3: Coordinate with Mirus

For security purposes, we'll need you to be the main point of contact with Mirus during setup. We'll provide you with all the necessary credentials and instructions, and you'll share what you need with Mirus so they can receive your data.

We will guide you through exactly what to share with them and be available to support you throughout the process.

Adding More Locations

If you have multiple locations, the good news is that setup gets easier! After your first location is connected, additional locations can use the same secure connection with the credentials you already have.
