How do I reset my password?

Learn how to reset your password from our desktop or mobile applications

Reset password from your desktop device:

1. From the log in page, click "Forgot your Password?" under the Login button
   
   
2. Enter the email address that is associated with your BeerBoard account and click Submit
   
   
3. An email will be sent to the email address provided with a link to reset your password. 
4. Once received, click the reset password link. Reset your password and hit Submit.

Reset password from your mobile device:

1. From the log in page, click "Forgot Password?" above the Login button
2. Enter the email address that is associated with your BeerBoard account and click "Send Email"
   
   
3. An email will arrive that contains your new password generated by BeerBoard
4. Return to the log in page and paste your new password
5. You can keep and save the generated password, or click "Change Password" from the right hand sidebar menu
6. Enter the password generated by BeerBoard in the Current Password field and add your new password in the 2 fields below
7. Click Submit to save
