How do I get training for SmartOrders?
New to the platform or just need a refresher? Our team is here to support your teams efficiencies!
SmartOrders was designed with the retailer in mind. Our platform can be set up on a location by location basis without any involvement from store operators until the Team Training is established, prior to go-live ordering date. Our Bar Optimization team will reach out two weeks prior to the targeted ordering date to schedule a group-wide training with Field Leadership & Store Management users. This initial training is approximately 45 minutes and covers the features & functionalities of SmartOrders, best practices for accurate ordering and inventory management, and expectations by all parties involved.
Additional SmartOrders training can be requested for new team members or for those who need a complete product refresher session. Requests should be submitted to support@beerboard.com and a Bar Optimization Manager will provide available training times over the next two week period.
All trainings are done remotely on Microsoft Teams (Zoom links can be provided upon request) with screen sharing.
