Access to data is determined by your specific job title and areas of responsibility - To begin, click the Filter Icon ![](https://support.beerboard.com/hubfs/image-png-Oct-19-2023-07-13-57-6583-PM.png) located at the top of SmartBar - The filter lets you select the location (if you have multiple) and the date range of your data. Click the date box and the data picker will drop down. In the brand box start typing the brands you would like to view and select from the drop-down. To remove a brand, click the “X” or click clear.
