Clover POS Integration

There are 3 main requirements to set up our Clover POS integration.

Each of these 3 requirements can be gathered directly from the point of contact at the location in question with little to no need for intervention from an IT team.

3 Setup Requirements:

1.) merchantID ("MID:" - below the clover support email and number on the Clover Dashboard)

2.) Clover Dashboard Account: Username and Password

3.) BeerBoard API Token (this can be set up by the customer or can be obtained by Beerboard by logging in with the account credentials).

Clover POS Requirements for Installation:

- merchantID ("MID:" below the clover support email and number on the dashboard)
- Clover dashboard username and password
- BeerBoard token

Then Navigate to that location on SmartBar > Integrations Tab > Clover ... and select "Configure"
-> enter all the relevenant information above into that tool to integrate

Once all 3 setup requirements have been gathered, include them in a ticket to support (support@beerboard.com) with the location ID info listed as well and our Implementation team will take it from there.

After the integration has been enabled, we’ll need to let a few days of sales data come through so we can audit the numbers for our accuracy sign-off.
