What is Claim Your Brand?

The Claim Your Brand site, also known as CYB, is a means for breweries/distilleries/vineyards to provide nutritional, and caloric information, and ensure their brand attributes, and logos are accurately and consistently displayed at every point of consumer interactions. 

How does CYB work?

Bars and restaurant customers needing product approval or FDA-compliant products will request brewers to visit the CYB site. The same applies to customers that are breweries as products within the CYB database can be sold to retailers.

Once CYB receives the request, approval could take up to 2 business days. Submitting information on Claim Your Brand is the responsibility of the brewer. It is a free service. CYB will update customers' SmartBar automatically if the new product is entered in CYB first.

Utilizing CYB

After creating a CYB account, sign into the Claim Your Brand Site. It is recommended before engaging in product editing or adding products, review your Account Information, Profile, and designated Territories. Once done, on the Products page, review the products submitted by customers. To edit a product, click the pencil icon under Actions. On the Edit Product page, you can provide complete end-to-end product information such as images, product descriptions, ABV, Seasonality, product description tags, and FDA nutrition facts. 

Once done, click Save.
