Steps to cancel an open order, after it has been placed
- Log into SmartBar, then click the truck icon in the left hand toolbar
- Place a new order using SmartOrders
If you need to cancel your order after it's placed:
- Click Open Orders tab & click View on the order you want to cancel
- Click Cancel
- Click Yes to confirm the cancellation of the order, or click No to return to the Order Details page
- Once your order is confirmed as cancelled, an email notification will be sent to the distributor as well as the customer who placed the order, and the customer who cancelled the order.
The products and quantities in your cancelled order will not be added to your inventory
Depending on how quickly your order is processed with the distributor(s), we do not recommend cancelling an order the day before or the day of delivery. For last minute cancellations, please reach out to your sales rep directly.
