      Perpetual Inventory

      Previously known as Brand Activity Report

      Overview


      Filters

      Default sorting order in Orders To Approve is alphabetical, by product type

      1. Draft Beer
      2. Bottle Beer
      3. Liquor
      4. Wine

      For draft beer: If a products On Hand quantity falls below the SmartPar value, it will move to the top of the Orders To Approve list

      Filter by:

      • Distributor
      • Product Type
      • Use the search bar to find a specific product

       Perpetual Inventory 

      1. Click on the product to view its  Perpetual Inventory
      2. This will open the Perpetual Inventory details page

      3. Inventory details can be added or updated from the panel on the left hand side
      4. Data associated with the selected product is on the right hand side

      Depletion Start Date

      This can be located by navigating to SmartOrders then click Configuration
      • Set the date in the configuration page to set the start date for depletions
      • Default start date is Jan 1, 2024 but users can change this date anytime from the configuration page.
      • The best practice would be to set the start date to when BeerBoard first began receiving proper LBW data
