Learn how to upload images and video advertisements to your BeerBoard TV display
By default, your entire draft beer menu will display first, followed by the first image or video in the sequence of advertisements.
- To begin, select the BeerBoard tab at the top of SmartBar.
- The Poster and Videos section can be used to upload images and videos to your BeerBoard TV feed.

- Select “Add Promotion”
- Select “Choose File”
- A separate window will appear. Select your file from the appropriate drive.

Dimension - Widescreen (16:9) - 1280 x 720 or 1920 x 1080
File size – Max file size is 10mb
Video
Format - mp4
Dimension - Widescreen (16:9) - 1280 x 720 or 1920 x 1080
File size – Max file size is 20mb

- A separate window will appear. Select your file from the appropriate drive.
- After selecting your file, select your file type (image or video) from the dropdown in SmartBar.
- Enter the delay in seconds (the amount of time the image or video should appear on the screen), and the sequence number (the order in which it will appear in the sequence of images and videos).
- When finished, click the Save button at the bottom of the widget.
If your template is enabled for BeerBoard Ticker functionality, you can enter ticker advertisements in the BeerBoard Ticker widget. Just enter the text and sequence number, then click Save.
