      Auto-closed Open Orders

      For orders that are in Open status for longer than 7 days

      • EDI and Non-EDI orders that have been open longer than 7 days will be automatically closed on the 8th day.
      • Products that are in the closed order will be added to your inventory
      • Adjustments can be made to your inventory on hand if needed
