[Product Management](https://support.beerboard.com/knowledge/bars-and-restaurants?hsLang=en#product-management) # Import/Export PLU Prices ## How to pull Import/Export PLU Prices excel in SmartBar - [Log into SmartBar](https://support.beerboard.com/knowledge/logging-into-smartbar?hsLang=en) - Import/Export PLU Prices excel can be pulled from the [Product Management section](https://support.beerboard.com/knowledge/product-management-section?hsLang=en) on the dashboard - Click the [POS button](https://support.beerboard.com/knowledge/pos-tab?hsLang=en) at the top right of the Product Management section![](https://support.beerboard.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screenshot%20(761)-png-1.png) ### Export PLU Prices spreadsheet - Click **Import/Export PLU Prices** button![](https://support.beerboard.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screenshot%20(5)-png.png) - Click **Download** button to export Beer, Liquor, and Wine products in your inventory to view all PLU and prices associated with a product![](https://support.beerboard.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screenshot%20(6)-png.png) If you are pulling this report for larger concepts with 20 or more locations, the file will be too big to export. It will take some time to generate and the report will be sent to the email address on file. - Open the excel to view the export - PLU and price columns can be located to the right of the export![](https://support.beerboard.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screenshot%20(7)-png-1.png) If PLU and/or prices are missing in Product Management, this report will show those missing items. Prices will show as "0" and missing PLU will be blank in this export. --- ### Add new products Products can be added to the spreadsheet for Import **Do not delete an columns** (vertical) from this spreadsheet if there are intentions to [upload any updates](https://support.beerboard.com/knowledge/import/export-plu#Import). ![](https://support.beerboard.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screenshot%20(7)-png-2.png) - **Store number, Division and Location** can be copy/pasted from the location you want to add new products. Store information must already be in SmartBar to add new products. - Select **Product Type** from the dropdown in the spreadsheet to match the product that is being added - **Draft Beer, Bottle Beer, Liquor, Wine** ![](https://support.beerboard.com/hubfs/Knowledge%20Base%20Import/Screenshot%20(10)-png.png) - **Size and corresponding Ounces** should match what is already available in SmartBar.
